Zasada dowodu

01

Start with the facts LoloBuy publishes

LoloBuy's public website says products receive a quality inspection and that inspection feedback is sent to the buyer. It also describes global shipping. The official app-store listings present LoloBuy as a cross-border shopping platform for discovering and purchasing products from China, with payment, multi-language and multi-currency support and international shipping. Together, those statements support a practical workflow: document the item, submit the purchase, compare warehouse evidence with the order and then choose an available international parcel route.

Those statements do not establish a fixed LoloBuy shipping price for the USA, a guaranteed delivery window, an automatic customs exemption or US compliance for every product. Route availability, chargeable weight, duties, carrier fees and border treatment depend on the actual item, parcel, origin, destination and date. This guide therefore separates official platform claims from editorial methods. Every cost example should come from the buyer's live account or official US guidance, not an old screenshot or an unsupported social-media promise.

02

Create a seller-link record before payment

Treat a LoloBuy spreadsheet as a discovery index, not proof that a listing is accurate or that a seller will deliver the advertised variation. Save the original marketplace URL, seller name, listing title, selected size, colour or model, quantity, displayed price, domestic-China delivery information and any promise that affects the decision. Take a dated screenshot after selecting the exact option. If the listing later changes, this record lets you compare the submitted order, warehouse photos and delivered item against one consistent baseline.

Record category-specific details. For clothing, save the measurement chart and write down the points you expect to be checked. For shoes, compare foot or insole measurements rather than relying only on a regional size label. For electronics, record the model, plug, voltage, battery type and included accessories. For toys, children's goods, mattresses, lighters or other regulated products, investigate US safety and import requirements before buying. A warehouse image can reveal a visible mismatch, but it cannot prove testing, certification, chemical composition or legal admissibility.

✓Do not treat a spreadsheet row as a seller or compliance warranty
03

Use warehouse QC to make one clear decision

When inspection feedback appears, compare product identity, variation, quantity, visible condition, labels and included parts with the saved order. Prioritise evidence that could change the release decision: a defined measurement, model number, connector, sole shape, print position, damaged edge or missing accessory. If a critical point is not visible, request one focused check if that service is available—for example, a ruler across the named measurement—rather than collecting extra images with no decision purpose.

QC has boundaries. Lighting can change colour, perspective can distort proportions and exterior photos cannot prove authenticity, fibre content, electrical safety, battery capacity or long-term durability. Use the evidence to choose and document one next step: approve, request a focused clarification, or follow the return or exchange option currently available under the seller and platform terms. Download the images and save the decision. They form a useful condition record if the delivered product differs visibly from what left the warehouse.

04

Price the order in three stages

Build the landed-cost worksheet in stages. Product-stage cost includes the item price, seller delivery inside China, payment conversion and charges shown when the order is submitted. Warehouse-stage cost includes optional photographs, packaging changes or other selected services. International-stage cost begins when the finished parcel has measured weight and dimensions: packaging, the selected route, chargeable weight, declared information, protection terms, US duties and any carrier or customs-processing charges.

A light but bulky carton may be priced by dimensional rather than scale weight. Removing a shoe box or outer package may reduce volume, but it can also reduce protection, identifying information or resale condition. Compare only live routes quoted for the same completed parcel and US ZIP code. Save the quote date, actual and chargeable weight, dimensions, restrictions, tracking coverage and compensation terms. The result is a planning range, not a permanent shipping rate. Currency conversion can also change between product payment and parcel payment.

05

Do not use the old $800 de minimis assumption

This is the most important change for a LoloBuy USA cost estimate. US Customs and Border Protection says duty-free de minimis treatment was suspended for shipments from all countries effective 29 August 2025. CBP's e-commerce FAQ says the suspension applies to products of all countries and all types of merchandise. A parcel sent from China should therefore not be budgeted on the former assumption that an order at or below $800 automatically enters duty-free.

CBP also announced on 24 June 2026 that its new low-value shipment rules apply consistent enforcement across every mode of entry. That does not mean every parcel has one flat duty rate. The amount and entry treatment can depend on the product's tariff classification, value, country of origin, current trade measures and how the carrier or postal operator presents the shipment. Ask what the live route includes, but treat a platform or carrier estimate as an estimate until the entry is assessed.

Consolidation still requires a complete comparison. Combining several orders may reduce duplicate international transport and packaging, but it also produces one parcel with a combined value and mixed contents. Compare the finished shipping quote, expected duty treatment, carrier fees, protection and consequences of delay against smaller parcels. Never split parcels or alter descriptions merely to evade lawful charges. The useful goal is an accurately documented parcel with a cost range, not an artificial customs guarantee.

06

Prepare accurate customs evidence

CBP's internet-purchase guidance makes the importer responsible for ensuring that merchandise complies with federal import requirements. Keep the commercial description, material when relevant, quantity, price paid, country of origin, seller page, payment evidence, QC images and parcel record. Use a specific description such as cotton T-shirt or plastic phone case rather than a vague label such as gift or sample. The declared value should match the genuine transaction and the parcel contents.

Do not assume that a purchase becomes a gift because a seller or shipper marks it that way. Do not ask LoloBuy, a seller or a carrier to reduce the value falsely or conceal a restricted item. Inaccurate information can cause questions, delays, reassessment, seizure or penalties. If a carrier requests documents, respond through its verified website or app and keep a dated copy. If an unexpected message demands payment, verify the tracking number and charge through an official channel before opening a link or providing information.

07

Check US product compliance before the warehouse stage

Customs entry and product safety are separate checks. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission states that regulated children's products generally require third-party testing and a Children's Product Certificate. Certain regulated general-use products require a General Certificate of Conformity. Beginning 8 July 2026, importers of most regulated consumer products must electronically file applicable certificate data before the goods enter US commerce. CPSC says a product that requires certification does not receive an eFiling exemption merely because it is a low-value shipment.

A seller photo, receipt or LoloBuy QC image is not a compliance certificate. If a product category requires certification, ask whether the proper product-specific record exists before payment; do not assume it can be created after arrival at the warehouse. Other agencies regulate food, plants, animal products, medicines, cosmetics, radio equipment and additional categories, while carriers separately restrict batteries, liquids, aerosols, magnets and dangerous goods. The seller accepting payment, the warehouse accepting delivery and a route appearing in an account are not proof that US law permits entry.

08

Track every hand-off without promising a delivery date

Save the LoloBuy order and parcel references plus the international carrier number. A platform status can describe purchase, warehouse or dispatch activity; carrier scans describe collection, export transport, customs and last-mile delivery. Map each update to the party currently holding the parcel. A quiet period between export and an import scan may be normal, while a request for information needs a prompt response through the verified carrier channel.

Record dispatch, major scans, document requests, replies and delivery in one dated timeline. Separate warehouse handling time, international movement, customs processing and final-mile delivery rather than turning the whole journey into one promise. A route estimate is useful for planning, but it is not a guaranteed arrival date. If tracking stops, use the last physical scan, the current custodian and the route's enquiry window to decide which party to contact.

09

Convert delivery into evidence for the next US order

Before opening, photograph the carton, label, seals and visible damage. Record the opening when the contents are valuable or the outer package is compromised. Compare every item with the parcel record and its warehouse QC evidence. Replace worksheet estimates with actual product, warehouse, international shipping, duty and carrier-stage charges. Preserve customs or carrier documents, then remove names, addresses, payment references and full tracking numbers before sharing any screenshot.

A useful LoloBuy USA review separates four parties: the seller's product, LoloBuy's purchasing and warehouse handling, the international carrier and US border processing. Report the date, route, parcel facts and observed outcome, then state that one shipment cannot predict another. No identifiable public-review sample was used in this guide because the available evidence was too limited to support broad US conclusions. A documented personal result is valuable; an unsupported best-agent claim, universal shipping time or guaranteed duty figure is not.
